The RAC is a convenient, versatile and unique gathering place to host your event. We offer an extensive range of rooms for any occasion. This clean and visually dazzling facility caters to both the business and private sector.
POOL PARTY ROOM RENTAL
Birthdays, family outings, field trips...
Members: $200 Non-Members:$225

Get access to the swimming pool & a private party room for 2 hours with table and chair setup for 20 swimmers.

Have more than 20 guests? It’s just $8 per person!

Bring in your own food & supplies, such as pizza, subs, cake/cupcakes, fruit/veggie tray, non-alcoholic drinks, plates, napkins, table covers, utensils.

Party Room Rules:

No balloons allowed in the Aquatic center due to the HVAC system.

No confetti/table scatter allowed in the Aquatic center due to the pools filtration system.

No refrigeration will be provided

Extra room time is not allowed for the pool rooms. You will have a max of 10-15 mins prior to the start of your party to access the room.

You may not come in earlier than 10-15 mins before your scheduled time to swim.

If you rent the Teen Center you will be allowed 15-30 mins prior to your party time to setup.

All parties must be cleaned up and out no later than 10 mins after their scheduled end time.

Cirrus Banquet Room Rental
This lovely banquet room serves a multitude of activities, from weddings, to business meetings, to holiday parties, the list goes on and on! The Cirrus Room has a seating capacity of up to 192 people and a full commercial kitchen which is perfect for any culinary team or caterer. Amenities include a wet bar, full audio-visual capabilities, a dramatic wall of windows, and a private pre-function area. This unique room is perfect for just about any event you can imagine.
Rates:
Friday - Saturday - Sunday
Members: $1010/day*
Non-Members: $1100/day*

The Cirrus Room is rented out for 8 hours at a time, with the earliest being at 10am.

The cost includes a fully refundable* cleaning deposit of $200 which is due upon signing the contract & locks in your date.

Room rental includes table and chair set-up and use of the room for 8 hours.

Renter is responsible for linens, decorations, and food. No alcohol, glitter, or confetti is permitted.
Rental Add-ons:
-Kitchen: $350* (includes a $200 refundable* cleaning deposit)
-Additional time: $100 per hour
-Audio Equipment: $30
-Visual Equipment: $70
*Refundable deposit dependent upon cleanliness and integrity of the room(s). Refer to contract for renter expectations.
OUR RENTAL SPACES
The RAC facility provides you the perfect venue to deliver unforgettable memories for whatever type of activity you have in mind! From the choreography of a beautiful wedding to a corporate rock-climbing retreat, we can make your event a reality. The close proximity to Detroit Metropolitan Airport makes the RAC the logical facility to host business meetings for companies who bring groups into the Detroit area. The building is wired with Wi-Fi and has full audio-visual capabilities.
CIRRUS BANQUET ROOM

ROCK WALL
We also offer special Corporate Team Building programs to help hone your teams trust, communication and leadership skills as well as have FUN—this is NOT your typical day at the office!
We specialize in serving Girl & Boy Scouts, and other youth serving agencies, churches, school districts, daycares and many other organizations. This is a wonderful and dynamic activity that fosters team-building in young people like no other!
GYM
We rent out our gym courts to groups for sports tournaments, receptions, parties, and other community events.
The large gym features 4 tournament basketball courts and 2 high school regulation sized basketball courts. The small gym is also available and offers a more private setting.
