TRACK

Arguably the most unique indoor track in the state, enjoy a birds-eye view of Detroit's Metropolitan Airport and observe planes as they take off and land, while working out!  The track is composed of a special rubber composite designed to reduce stress on muscles and joints upon impact.  It is a non-competitive track, perfect for walkers and joggers.  Ten laps equal one mile.

PERSONAL TRAINING

An effective fitness program has several important components to be successful.  A certified personal trainer can help you devise a program that works specifically to meet your needs.  Coaching you on proper cardiovascular health, nutrition, muscle strength and endurance, they bring a wealth of experience to mapping out a strategy that will drive results.

Who can benefit from a Personal Trainer?

Personal Trainers are a great asset as you embark on a fitness program.  They can also help you find the weaknesses of your current routine and develop strategies for improvement.  Here are some other examples of groups who have benefited from partnering with a Personal Trainer:

  • General Fitness Education

  • Pre/Post Natal Conditioning

  • Marathon/Triathlon Training

  • Sport Specific Training

  • Injury/Post Rehabilitation

  • Special Populations

  • Weight Loss
